DIRECTOR
Barry Vejby, M.S., CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
I am a Speech-Language Pathologist, with over 25 years of experience in the field. I have worked in a wide range of settings, including home-based practice, extended care facilities, public, private, and charter school sites, private clinics, and community-based settings. My special interests and expertise include childhood language disorders, learning disabilities, fluency and dyslexia/reading disorders. In addition to my professional affiliation with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and the California Speech-Language and Hearing Association (CHSA), I am also Lindamood Bell certified, and have been fortunate to work and study with internationally-recognized experts in the field of Autism.

Jennifer Dionne, SLPA
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
I am a Sonoma County native. With my husband of over 25 years, I have raised two wonderful children. My son has had various special services throughout his life. Many years ago I had the pleasure of having my son work with Barry Vejby in the early intervention program through North Bay Regional Center. I was inspired by the possibilities of working with young children and their families to try to facilitate speech and language from the beginning stages. I went back to college and in 2008 was fortunate enough to start a career path with Barry's team as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant.
I find pleasure in the process that facilitates a child’s communication skills for life. My belief is that it is important to treat the whole child in a rewarding space that allows them to find their strengths and build upon new skill levels. Each family has taught me valuable lessons because every client approaches life differently. And I find that parents appreciate my unique perspective as a parent of a child with special needs, but also as a service provider. This helps me do my job with empathy and understanding.
